Monday is Halloween! We are having a school-wide Halloween costume challenge at Elgin JH/HS. All costumes must be school appropriate and not represent violence or any person infamous for violence. The twist to our challenge is that the President and VP of the winning class gets to pour a bucket of ice water over the heads of the losing class's President and VP. And, if 100% of staff participates, the staff gets to pour a bucket of ice water over the principal's head!
